Our services from A-Z:

1. Adapters
   • In our hotel, there is the possibility to use internationally compatible adapters/plugs. Please indicate your needs at the reception.
2. Air Conditioning
   • Most rooms are air-conditioned. To use it, request the remote control from the reception, which is available for a fee (2,000 HUF/room/started day). Please keep the room windows closed. For any operational questions, please contact the reception.
3. Baby-Friendly Equipment
   • After prior arrangement, we provide baby beds with sheets, changing mats, baby bathtubs, step stools, and high chairs in the restaurant, free of charge.
4. Beach
   • The hotel has its own waterfront, offering guests a calm and family-friendly environment, free of charge.
5. Bed Linen Change
   • Bed linen is changed every 5 days to preserve our environment and long-term sustainability. If you would like daily changes, please inform the reception.
6. Blanket/Pillow
   • If you need additional blankets and/or pillows, please contact the reception.
7. Breakfast and Half Board
   • The room rate includes a buffet breakfast in the pre and post-season, which can be enjoyed in the hotel restaurant from 8:00 to 10:00. In the summer peak season, the room rate includes mandatory half board, consisting of buffet breakfast from 8:00 to 10:00 and buffet dinner from 18:00 to 20:00, available in the hotel restaurant.
8. Buffet
   • During the summer peak season, a beach buffet is available to guests from 11:00 to 17:00.
9. Check-In
   Rooms can be occupied from 14:00 on the day of arrival. Early check-in is possible from 11:00 for an additional fee of 8,000 HUF per room.
10. Check - Out
11. Rooms must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure, but guests can stay on the beach until evening. Late check-out is possible at a later, pre-arranged time, subject to availability, and an additional fee will be charged in this case.
12. Cleaning
    • Daily cleaning is carried out between 8:00 and 15:00. If you do not want cleaning on a specific day, please use the card that can be hung on the external handle for this purpose. If you need extra cleaning, please contact the reception.
13. Coffee Shop and Drink Bar
    • The Coffee Shop and Drink Bar located at the restaurant are at the disposal of guests every day during the peak season from 7:00 to 21:00.
14. Conference Room
    • The hotel has two differently sized restaurants that can be used for conferences, subject to prior arrangement and for a fee.
15. Connectors
    • Rooms are equipped with built-in connectors, either under the desks or opposite the beds under the television.
16. Copying and Printing
    • Our reception staff are available for copying and printing services for a fee.
17. Daily Cleaning
    
    The hotel cleans the rooms once a day between 8:00 and 15:00. If the room's external handle has a "Do Not Disturb" sign during this period, cleaning will not be done, and the guest cannot claim a reduction in price or compensation. Towels placed on the bathroom floor are exchanged for environmental reasons. 
18. Hygienic Products
    • Toiletries can be obtained at the reception for an additional charge.
19. Ironing Service
    • For an additional fee, we provide ironing service within 1 hour for our guests. For this service, please inquire at the reception from 8-20H from Monday to Friday. An ironing board can be provided upon request.
20. Laundry, Ironing
    • For laundry or ironing needs, please contact the reception. In case of drop-off before 9:00 in the morning, we will fulfill the request within 9 hours.
21. Luggage Storage
    • There is an opportunity to store luggage in a lockable room near the reception. Please contact our receptionist for assistance.
22. Luggage Transport Service
    • Upon request, we assist in bringing your luggage to your room.
23. Parking
    • Our guests can park free of charge in the hotel's closed parking lot. Parking is free throughout Balatonalmádi.
24. Payment: Credit Card/Debit Card Acceptance
    • Please notify the reception in advance if you require a VAT invoice. We accept Visa, Mastercard, as well as OTP, MHB, K&H SZÉP cards.
25. Playground
    • In the park area, there is a playground for children under 14, equipped with swings, sandbox, slide, climbing frame, and a wooden train.
26. Playroom
    • During the summer peak season, a playroom is available for families. You can request the key from our receptionist.
27. Reception
    • The reception is at your disposal 11 hours a day. Outside opening hours, our staff at the gate is available for service.
28. Rentals
    • Stand-up Paddleboard (SUP): 3,000 HUF/1 hour/SUP/session, 5,000 HUF/2 hours/SUP/sessionŰ
    • Sailboat: 60,000 HUF/day, with captain only (prior arrangement required)Ű
    • Electric boat: 12,000 HUF/hour without a driver, 14,000 HUF/hour with a driver (prior arrangement required)
    • Bicycle rental (free of charge, limited availability)

    • Sunbed (free of charge, limited availability)
29. Safe
    • The central safe at the reception is available free of charge for hotel guests.
30. Sewing Kit
    • It is prepared in every room and can also be requested at the reception.
31. Sewing Service
    • Sewing services are available at an additional cost and can be requested at the reception from 8-20H, from Monday to Friday.
32. Shoe Cleaning
    • A shoe care package can be requested at the reception.
33. Shoe Cleaning Machine
    • A shoe cleaning machine is available for all guests at the reception.
34. Slippers
    • Guests can request room slippers at the reception for an additional charge.

36. Technical Services
    • If you notice any technical issues in your room, please notify the reception at phone number 1421 or in case of urgency, call mobile number +36 20/42-96-742.
37. Television/Radio
    • The list of pre-programmed television channels can be found in the room on the channel allocation information.
38. Towels
    • Towel changes occur every four days to preserve the environment and long-term sustainability. Please notify the reception if you need more frequent changes. The cost of occasional changes is 1,000 HUF/towel/occasion. Please use the towels provided by the hotel in the room and avoid using them on the beach.
39. Umbrella
    • An umbrella can be provided upon request; please inform the reception.
40. Wake-Up Call
    • Please call the reception to order a wake-up call.
41. WIFI
    • Free wifi is available on the hotel premises. Wifi password: Almadi14.
